Your postman may leave a ‘While you were out’ card with instructions on how to re-deliver or the whereabouts of the parcel, e.g. Left with your neighbour. If your postman has not left a "While you were out" card, please contact your local sorting office with the tracking number included in your shipping notification email.
Yes, however if someone else signs for your parcel it is your responsibility if it goes astray.
We deliver to most countries except the ones suffering from crisis or a civil war, however small countries might get charged high delivery rates as we use DHL / FEDEX to ship, clients from these countries that are mentioned above will be contacted to check whether they want a refund or pay the extra amount for delivery.
You may be liable for customs & import charges; these charges are your responsibility. If you fail to pay these charges within the timeframe given your parcel will be returned to us and you will have to pay a second postage fee for us to deliver them back to you.
